Synopsis: Tim Ferris designs speed-enhancing "Fastball" leg braces and Terry Roberts creates cybernetic "Think Tank" headgear from M.A.X. technology. In the process she accidentally shoots Major Benton, Krotze's Defense Department liaison, in the shoulder. The Club sends international terrorist, Arun Bahkti, aka Steel Hawk, to deal with the situation.
